The renovation of Picken Hall will provide 104 naming opportunities. These investments and partnerships will all qualify for the state of Kansas state tax credit program in support of the deferred maintenance supplementation program.

There are several levels of support that are available:
4…….$1 million to $5 million
21…….$100,000 to $750,000
79…….$ 10,000 to $ 75,000

The Student Service Center located in Picken Hall is an attractive naming option for the flagship of the campus with a value of $2 million. This partnership will include name recognition at all entry ways and a bronze replication of the donor(s). The location of the bronze will need final approval by central administration and the gift acceptance committee.

Three floors will be available for name recognition in addition to offices, suites of offices and conference rooms.

The third floor will be the new home of the FHSU Graduate School. This naming opportunity is valued at $5 million with name recognition and a bronze replica that will be located in the lobby of the school.

All naming opportunities will need the approval of the gift acceptance committee and the president of the university. Upon approval, the donor will be notified and the appropriate text confirmed for all signage and locations.
