Wiest Hall
Wiest Hall is co-ed by floor and accommodates approximately 300 residents. The residents of Wiest Hall have been a strong presence on the Fort Hays State University
campus for four decades. Wiest is a stimulating environment for all students alike and is a big draw for returning students. Hall Council programs numerous
social, recreational and cultural activities each semester. Traditional favorites include “Casino Night,” the “Nut Fry” and the annual
drive for “Toys for Tots.” Room dimesions are approx. 10' x 16'.
During the renovation of Picken Hall, Wiest will be home for: the FosterGrandparent/Senior Companion Office, Kelly Center, Personnel
Office, Graduate School, Academic Advising and Career Exploration Office, Center for Civic Leadership, and the Docking Institute
and Survey Center. |
