This survey will help us to catch up with you as well as provide us information important to pass on to incoming students. Your comments and photographs may be published on the departmental webpage and may be incorporated into the new FHSU web application 'Choose your major'. Your statements will help to give the department a personal feel, plus will assist incoming students as they make important decisions in selecting a degree and future career. Thank you for your help.
