Conferences & Events Attended by FHSU Geosciences Students

	AAPG/SEG Student Expo and Challenge Bowl March 2012, Oklahoma Geosciences Graduate students Chris Neeley, Anthony Luna, Dustin Jensen, and Steve Reed represented FHSU very well in the annual challenge bowl. While at the Expo each student had the opportunity to visit with industry representatives and check out potential internships and employers.
	Sternberg Geosciences & Geocaching Club Spring Break Field Trip 2012 Members of the 'GeoClub' traveled to through three states, touring sites of interest such as Buffalo National River for a great rafting adventure, Mystic Caverns for an underground adventure, and Crater of Diamonds in search of fame and fortune (or at least fortune).
