The Department of Leadership Studies is one of approximately 20 undergraduate degree programs of its kind in the country. Our belief is that leadership is for all; that anyone can benefit from leadership education and development. The program focuses on preparing students to become effective organizational players in the workplace, whether that be in the non-profit, government, or for-profit sectors. But more than that, we hope that students utilize their leadership abilities to better their lives and communities. Our vision is to be the best academic leadership program in the world; equipping students with transferable leadership skills and abilities.
As we continue to transcend that vision into reality and grow our programs, we hope that you will continue to support FHSU and the Leadership Studies programs. This support can take on many forms: from speaking in our classes, to internship and career opportunities for students, to financial support for our primary departmental needs. Thank you for your continued support of and interest in the department. Click here to learn how your gift will significantly improve student success at FHSU.
