The grant program will provide up to $250 per student presenter on a reimbursement basis.

Application:

To apply, the faculty mentor must submit an application form AND a copy of the conference agenda and/or letter from conference organizers to the student accepting the student as a presenter.

Deadlines:

September 15 (for Fall) and February 1 (for Spring)

Procedure:

Only complete applications will be considered. Successful applicants will be notified in writing by the OSSP Coordinator approximately 10 days after the deadline. A grant account will be established in the student’s name and the student will be responsible for providing travel receipts for reimbursement from this account.
