Funding Sources

Looking for funding for your project?
There are many resources available to assist faculty and staff who are seeking funding. Funding sources include federal, state, foundation and corporate organizations. Faculty and staff may access the databases available at InfoEd and GRC. Other resources include Grants.gov and the Foundations Center. The Grants Office compiles information on state foundations.

InfoEd
FHSU has a subscription to InfoEd. Create an account and receive email notifications about grant opportunities or search the database for opportunities. On-campus computers are required to access this database.

*After clicking on the InfoEd link, proceed as follows:
Click on "Access Info Office" (in upper right hand corner)
Click on "Spin" or "Genius/Smart"

AASCU/Grant Resource Center (GRC) publications
The American Association of State Colleges and Universities offers current information about grant opportunities and special notices/announcements to paying member institutions. AASCU makes these publications available to member institutions via the Web.

1. Log on to their Web site at: http://www.aascu.org/grc.

2. At the login screen (access restricted), it will be necessary for you to supply a username and password. Please contact the Grants Office at (785) 628-4349 or e-mail lpaige@fhsu.edu for this information.
