Tigers In Service

      Are you wanting to volunteer in the Hays Community, but aren't sure where or how? Tigers in Service is the organization you've been searching for! The official mission of Tigers in Service is to promote community service opportunities and get as much involvement as possible. Through hours of hard work and donation of time, people will learn: social responsibility, thoughtful action, and civic engagement. "Helping people while receiving nothing in return is a humbling experience," Co-director Becca Kohl said. "If people want to succeed in marriage, careers, and families, they're going to need to understand and master sacrifice of self." 

     This organization is a clearinghouse this year, so if there is anyone on campus who wants to volunteer, Tigers in Service has created a community database. This not only includes places in need of service, but provides contact information to get you directly to the source as well.
