| Personal: | When not at his teaching assistantship, Carson returns to his native lancds of Alaska where Inuit natives found him abandoned at the age of five, living in the wreckage of a 19th century Russian trade ship. He continues his pursuit of an illusive Kodiak Brown Bear named Nuktuk that bit his thumb off in a "battle royale" in the spring of 2001. This bear has easily recognizable knife and hatchet wounds on its head and neck along with a broken lower mandible. If you see this bear, please let Carson know immediately. Currently, Carson is establishing a Seattle based restaurant featuring Inuit delicacies such as aged whale blubber and raw caribou meat dipped in hot seal oil. For reservations, please call 785-628-5273. |
