The Information Enterprise
Institute offers special workshops and instructor trainings that include
Information Assurance curricula and special topics such as: Organizational
Strategies for Information Assurance, Intrusion Detection, Firewalls,
“Ethical” Hacking, and Contingency Planning.
The Information Enterprise
Institute offers Information Assurance training for businesses and other
organizations. Training may be designed to create awareness and
introductory knowledge or it may be very specialized and provide extensive
depth on a particular issue or technology. Training may range
from a few hours to multi-day workshops or information delivered over
time via distance learning tools.
Fort Hays State University’s
Information Enterprise Institute has partnered with such organization
as the Kansas Bankers Association, and the Kansas Hospital Association
to provide customized trainings. It has also partnered with significant
corporate entities including Nex-Tech, Cisco, and AT&T to provide
trainings and workshops.
