Informatics 2012 Denver Trip - September 20-22

The Department of Informatics and Advanced Technology Student Organization (ATSO) is planning a trip to Denver, CO that will allow you to tour the types of businesses that will be hiring you in the future. It is open to all Informatics Students and members of ATSO and the KFHS Broadcast Council. 

A sign up sheet for the 2012 Department of Informatics trip to Denver, CO has been posted on the Department of Informatics Office Manager's door (HH 108). Deadline to sign up will be Friday, September 14, 2012.

When signing up students should be prepared to:

• Determine if they are traveling in the FHSU provided vehicle
• Note if they have a preference of roommate(s)
• Provide a $20 deposit that will be returned to the student once they reach the hotel

Deadline to sign up will be September 14, 2012, no reimbursement of deposit will be given after this date for students who decide not to attend.

Attire will be business casual.

Costs of travel to and from Denver and tour locations will be covered for those choosing to travel in the FHSU provided vehicle. The students will be responsible for the cost of their portion of the hotel room for two days and any meals.

There may be a possibility of reimbursement for Advanced Technology Student Organization (ATSO) members. Please check with the ATSO officers.

Friday September 21st
All Students	8:30 am (MST)	Cisco
Split into groups
Media Studies Students	12:00 pm (MST)	Channel 9 News
Networking/MIS/Web Development Students	12:00 pm (MST)	ARCADIS (tentative)
All Students	2:00 pm (MST)	Coors Field tour
Following tour Media Studies Students           will shadow staff during the production of          the Rockies Game
