Background:
Dr. Houssain Kettani joined the Department of Informatics during the Fall 2012 semester, filling the position of Director of the Information Systems Engineering program. He came to Fort Hays State University with over twelve years of demonstrated quality undergraduate and graduate teaching experience in theoretical foundations of electrical and computer engineering and computer science. He has completed outstanding interdisciplinary research as demonstrated by over thirty refereed publications and over sixty citations by researchers all over the world; and has a successful tract record of securing external funding for research and education from federal agencies such as NSP, DOE, DOD and NRC.
