Project Manager Position - VendorNet
Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager (PM) provides leadership of client implementations of all VendorNet products. The PM provides the front line relationship with the client throughout the implementation life cycle and is responsible for achieving the highest client satisfaction through the efficient implementation of VendorNet solutions. The PM will provide hands-on leadership of all phases of an implementation effort including ensuring that the appropriate cross-functional resources are involved at all phases of implementation and support.
The VendorNet® system automates order communications between retail companies and their suppliers by transmitting purchase orders, shipping transactions, invoices and other electronic updates between both parties.
This position will be based in the VendorNet Boynton Beach, FL facility. Travel will be minimal; however projects may require work outside of normal working hours during peak periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in IT implementation projects including managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Accepts accountability for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction goals
- Self-motivated, willing and able to assume additional responsibilities on short notice
- Results-oriented, ability to utilize and manage the organizations resources to achieve project goals
- Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions across both the organizations and multiple clients
- Strong commitment to accuracy and task management
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite of office tools
- 4 year degree in a computer science related field or equivalent experience
