Background:
Mr. Kevin Shaffer is an associate professor at Fort Hays State University within the department of Information Networking and Telecommunications (INT). Mr. Shaffer has published journal articles in the areas of telecommunications policy and information systems risk assessment. He is certified as an instructor in the Cisco Networking Academy Program and his instructional responsibilities include teaching courses on advanced computer networking concepts, such as secure wide area networks and network optimization. Mr. Shaffer is a Ph.D. candidate in the Graduate School of Computer and Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University.
