Background:

Kevin Shaffer graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master of Science in Telecommunications in 1998 and he is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Infromation Systems. Prior to graduate school, Kevin lived in Osaka, Japan for six years.

Kevin's research interests include international message telephone service economics and the promotion of broadband internetworking services to assist rural development.

Kevin Shaffer is a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI), and his instructional responsibilities include data communications, internetworking, and telecommunication courses.
