Graduate Cisco Opportunities
This is a graduate program designed for Cisco Networking Academy instructors
FHSU offers graduate credit for Cisco Academy training provided by regional academics that participate in FHSU's Quality Assurance Program and whose faculty qualifications have been approved by the university.
FHSU also offers graduate credit nation-wide for training through Cisco Academy Training Centers (CATCs) for the Cisco Certified Network Protocol (CCNP), Network Security and Wireless LANS. The earn credit students must complete the CATC training, pass the associated certification examination (or FHSU examination) and complete a graduate project guided by an FHSU faculty member.
Graduate projects for these courses typically include network designs, network implementations or upgrades, development of lab excercises, development of undergraduate curricula, original research, or writing of research papers. A student may enroll upon completion of corresponding CATC training or co-requisite to CATC training.
