FHSU International Students - We want to welcome you to become a part of our Friendship Family Program!

The Friendship Family Program is a friendship program where international students are matched with local Hays families. It is not a home stay program. Hays families and international students are friends, just as they are friends with others.
Benefits for you:
	~Experience American life and culture by interacting with your Hays family
	~Share your own culture and experience
	~Become acquainted with an American family while living in the United States
How do I get started?
First, we will need you to complete an application for the program. Once we have received your application, we will begin working on matching you with a family. Because of the large number of applications we receive, it may take some time to meet all placement requests. You will be notified when you have been matched with a family.

There are two ways for you to return this form back to us. 1. Select the email form button located at the top of the form. This will allow you to either email it back to us directly or it will allow you to save the form on your computer and email it to us as an attachment. 2. Select the print form button located at the top of the form. This will allow you to print the form. You can then either bring it to our office, Sheridan Hall 208 or mail it to us: International Student Services Office, FHSU, 600 Park St., Hays, KS 67601
