Where
Enter at the Intramural Office. Updated results will be kept
in the Wellness Center.
How
Successfully complete the requirements for one activity
during the semester and receive a Fit-for-Life t-shirt plus
a membership into Fit-for-Life.

4. Please turn in weekly logs on Fridays to the Intramural
Office so they can be logged.
**Fit for Life begins and ends
on the first and last day of each semester.
