What

You may participate in any one of the following activities:

  • Aerobics
  • Aquacize
  • Biking
  • Jogging
  • Nordic Track
  • Roller-Blading
  • Rowing
  • Stairmaster
  • Swimming
  • Walking
  • Weight Training

Where

Enter at the Intramural Office. Updated results will be kept in the Wellness Center.

How

Successfully complete the requirements for one activity during the semester and receive a Fit-for-Life t-shirt plus a membership into Fit-for-Life.

Requirements:

Aerobics 40 hours
Aquacize 40 hours
Biking 55 hours
Jogging 40 hours
Nordic Track 40 hours
Roller-Blading 55 hours
Rowing 40 hours
Stairmaster 40 hours
Swimming 55 hours
Walking 55 hours
Weight Training 2,000,000 lbs.

When

4. Please turn in weekly logs on Fridays to the Intramural Office so they can be logged.

**Fit for Life begins and ends on the first and last day of each semester.
