The Office of Student Affairs at Fort Hays State University has the responsibility of responding to and adjudicating reports of alleged student misconduct under the Student Code of Conduct & Student Discipline policies.
The Behavioral Intervention Team depends upon every member of the FHSU community to support campus safety and security. If you have been involved in an incident or witnessed an incident that might be considered dangerous or threatening, call 911 immediately. If you believe a faculty member, staff member, or student may pose a threat to himself or herself or to others, contact University Police (5304), the Kelly Center (4401), the Office of Student Affairs (5824), or any other university official to express your concerns. You may also report any concerns via the Report It form.

Annual Security Report - The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report discloses types of offenses, hate crimes, and arrests and referrals for disciplinary action that took place at Fort Hays State University in the past calendar year.
Report It Form - If you have experienced or witnessed a situation that may be a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, or if you have concerns about a person's behavior, you may report it here for review by the FHSU Behavioral Intervention Team.
