It is the policy of Fort Hays State University to prohibit the use of tobacco products in all campus buildings including Gross Coliseum and in University-owned vehicles. Residence halls are excluded from this policy.

Complaints about policy violation by a University employee should be submitted to the appropriate building supervisor for resolution. Complaints from students and the general public should be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.
