Accreditation of Justice Studies Programs

Fort Hays State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). The NCA handles university accreditation for the north central region of the United States and includes the state of Kansas. Justice Studies, as a degree-granting program, falls under this accreditation and is further structured through standards under the auspice of the Northeastern Association of Criminal Justice Sciences Committee on Education and Standards (1995).
