About Chuck Fann
Chuck Fann serves as the criminal justice coordinator and instructor at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, KS. Prof. Fann served as a special agent with the U.S. Army's Criminal Investigation Command for twenty years prior to his appointment at HCC. He received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from CMSU and his master's degree from George Washington University.
