Thanks for your interest in
being an exhibitor at KATESOL! This
year,
KATESOL has several options
for exhibitors. We have regular table
space
in our exhibitors’ area,
which is also the room where our luncheon will be served.
This will give conference
attendees the opportunity to visit with you before, during
and after lunch, as well as
at other times throughout the conference.
This year
there are also four
high-profile tables available in the main lobby (where registration
will take place). Along with your table in the exhibitors’
area, you may also
elect to a presentation time
in one of our computer labs or Smart classrooms.
This will give you the
opportunity to demonstrate your software products that
would be of interest to
KATESOL attendees. Please have a look at
the various
display options, and do not
hesitate to call or email (best option) if you have
questions or concerns. We very much appreciate your support of
KATESOL,

Please note: Your exhibitor’s fee includes the luncheon on
Saturday, February 19th;
all the events of the KATESOL
conference; and a light supper for exhibitors only on
Friday evening, February 18th.

A 10’x 8’ space, with one 8’

Each additional 8’ covered
and skirted table: $50
Option Two:
A 6’x8’ space, with one 8’
table in main lobby area
(covered and skirted), and 2
chairs: $150
Each additional table: $75
Option Three:
A 10’x8’ space, with one 8’
table in exhibitors’ area
(covered and skirted), and 2
chairs; with 1 hour software
demonstration time in a Smart
Classroom or computer lab: $200
