Welcome to the FHSU Kelly Center online mental health
screening information page.
Online screenings are available for:
Alcohol Abuse

Eating Disorders
Generalized Anxiety
Post-Traumatic Stress
These screenings are provided so that you may find
out in a few minutes whether or not professional consultation would
be helpful for you.
At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive
an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician
for further evaluation. Please keep in mind that the screenings
are considered informational and NOT diagnostic in nature.
