Personal Counseling Services
Is something bothering you? Do you feel uncomfortable talking about it with your family or friends? When you need to get a different perspective or have someone really hear you, Personal Counseling Services can provide information and support.
We offer the following services to help you manage stress, cope with transition, deal with relationship difficulties and work on things you want to change:
In the event of a crisis, we are available on a 24-hour basis for students living on campus. We can also help you access services outside the university if necessary.
And remember, when you visit the Kelly Center you do not need to worry about others finding out. All of our services are confidential.
If you are a victim of domestic, sexual, interpersonal, or stalking violence, you can also find help through the local Options Domestic and Sexual Violence organization. An Options advocate is available on campus.
