To become an SBDC client and receive FREE confidential consulting, you will need to complete each of these three forms included in the file attached. You may fill in the forms and submit electronically, or print out the completed form and submit via U.S. mail. Someone with the KSBDC will contact you shortly after receipt of the forms to gather more information and/or to set up an appointment. TO SUBMIT ELECTRONICALLY:
