The Leadership Advantage: kansas women's leadership conference is a new state-wide initiative from the faculty, staff and students of Fort Hays State University (FHSU). The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for discussion on issues, concepts, and skills regarding leadership development for Kansas women of all ages.

This conference is designed to be all-inclusive. All women, of all ages, from all experiences are invited to come learn more about the social interactive process called leadership.

This event will be held on March 28, 2008 to close out the celebration of Women's History Month. The conference will be held in the newly renovated Fox Pavilion in historic downtown Hays, Kansas.

This will be a "walking conference" as breakout sessions will be held in downtown historic buildings near the Fox Pavilion. All breakout sessions will be located in close proximity to the Fox Pavilion and are handicapped accessible. It will conclude in time for participants to enjoy the Eagle Radio Ladies Fair 2008 which begins at 5:30 at the Hays Holiday Inn.
