Recently released revenue projections by the Consensus Estimating Group show a 5.1 percent decrease in state revenue from last year, 4.2 percent below the previous projection.

It was a gruesome scene at the Celebration Church on Saturday. Students shrieked with surprise as they were flattened by giant pistons. One attendee laughed as his friend was struck by lightning. One student grew to enormous proportions and crushed his friends beneath the wheels of his motorbike.

It is not often that the freshmen stand out above the rest in a sport. However, for the Fort Hays State University Rodeo Team, such is the case. At each of the four fall college rodeos the team has competed in this year, a freshman has qualified for the final round.
