Meganne Williams The University Leader Gas prices are a topic of conversation for most Americans these days. Yesterday, oil hit another all-time high at $123 per barrel, which will lead to yet another rise in the amount of money people end up spending on fuel. All the while, out-of-town students and faculty members must continue to clinch their fists as each makes their daily voyage to campus.
