Mission Statement:
The mission of Troup 310 is to use our skills learned through our past and the present leadership courses to create an event to motivate the people of Hays, KS and the surrounding area to begin building healthier lifestyles that cause a change reaction for those around them and growing youth. Through the project acquired by Troop 310, we intend to instill service - learning into this community event where we can reflect and receive an equal amount of knowledge and experience as the intended beneficiaries.

Team R.E.D. (Revolutionizing Education on Disaster)

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to raise funds through the avenue of a haunted house, in order to help aid in the process of the revitalization and beautification of Ellis city parks.

Pro-SANE

Team Members:
Erin Frownfelter, Anna Towns, Matthew Meyeres, Wang Xiaorui (Marie), Ceanna Chlumsky

Mission Statement:
The purpose of Pro-SANE is to build a coalition to create an enhanced response for sexual assault victims in the rural northwest Kansas area. Pro-SANE will help to better the community by raising awareness and by organizing a community-based coalition to further our cause.

Fab Five Campus Scouts

Team Members:
Ramin Zangeneh, Josh Taylor, Jill Moeder, Jason Calhoon, Andrew Steier

Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Fab Five is to develop and implement a student organization at Fort Hays State University that works directly with the Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of America. The Fab Five also plans to set up, through this organization, a volunteer base for both scouting organizations to call upon.

Students for Sensible Drug Policy Fort Hays State University Chapter Initiators

Team Members:
Deanna Clark, Derek Peroutek, Alene Rageth, Kyle Rutledge, Michelle Sheffield

Mission Statement:
As a group, we create an environment for open discussion on drug policies. We bring a different perspective to how things ought to be. We focus on the legalization of marijuana, by educating others on the benefits of this change. We see nonviolent drug abuse as a health issue not a criminal justice issue.
