The mission of Teen Talk is to create a place for troubled teens to come and talk about their problems. The support group in the Hays community will provide the opportunity for teenagers to help themselves rise above their problems through peer education. Examples of problems that may be addressed include: alcohol use, drug abuse, peer pressure, family problems, factors in history that may have lead to abuse, and recognizable symptoms associated with diseases in substance abuse. This support group will be a tool for teenagers; dealing with substance abuse, to aid them building better lives for them.
