The purpose of Operation Outreach YouthFriends is to accomplish fundraising and promotion events for the Hays YouthFriends program so that they may gain community awareness, increase their budget, obtain more volunteers into the program, and make YouthFriends a permanent fixture in the Hays community. These goals are all in the effort to connect young people with caring adults in the school atmosphere to encourage healthy behaviors and build a stronger community.
