Our task force joins with a common interest to develop a plan, which encourages the addition of more rental units for the citizens that earn an average or lower than average income. Our plan is to begin with one housing unit and expand in the future as funding and growth increase. We will research possible solutions, and make recommendations to any city officials that can help our cause. We hope to make a place in Hays where people can live in a quality, yet affordable home.
