The Hit or Miss Task Force intends to investigate the problem of drinking and driving in Hays to develop solutions. Through collaboration with various community entities, we intend to recommend strategies to the appropriate public and private officials that will lead to the decrease of drinking and driving in the city of Hays, Kansas.
