The Raging Recreational Relayers, the informal group of people who created the Hays Human Performance Center, are on a mission to expand the facility. R 3 will look to gain funding by applying for loans from lending facilities in Hays. We are also hoping to gain funding for expansion through the implementation of membership fees. This expansion will provide more interest in our facility from the community and more options for members to utilize and will help the Hays Human Performance Center fulfill their members’ needs and desires.
