Our mission was to set up a coffee shop in the basement of Custer Hall, the Tiger’s Den. Our coffee shop would be a comfortable place for students to come and socialize, while studying for classes and sipping on coffee or some other beverage. We would encourage students and faculty to take a break from the stress of classes or jobs and relax while listening to mellow music and meeting new people. This place would be an alternative to underage students drinking alcohol as well because the coffee shop would have extended hours, maybe even open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
