Our mission is to initiate a new way for DSNWK to operate. Providing a festival for the employees, administration, and persons served will allow the organization as a whole to finally meet each other and establish relationships agency-wide. Thus, laying the foundation for a more open and appreciated staff that will take their new-found respect and apply it directly to the quality in which they serve the most important people in the agency, the persons served.
