Tigers for Art will be working with the Hays Arts Council with the mutual mission to ‘foster, promote, encourage, and increase the knowledge, appreciation, and practice of the arts.’ Through our project we will strive to give Hays and surrounding communities the opportunity to experience a higher cultural atmosphere.
