“I don’t have a lot of opportunity to add extra hours to my degree program. Can I still incorporate leadership development into my educational path?” Whether you are a freshman with loads of credit hours staring you in the face, or a senior with a small amount of wiggle room, the Leadership Certificates will work for you! These certificate programs are designed to enhance a student’s collegiate experience, and add value to their current degree program and subsequent career.

| This 9 credit hour certificate program introduces students to the basic components of leadership theory and behaviors. LDRS 300 explores "What" is leadership, LDRS 302 examines "How" to do leadership, and LDRS 310 provides the reason "For" leadership through a service-learning experience. |

| This 12 credit hour certificate program is designed to develop leaders who will possess the knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead change in complex global environments. Participants in the certificate program will learn to facilitate change within their local, civic, and organizational surroundings, while also acting in accordance with social responsibility to address world issues. |
