Dr. Crawford has taught several classes in leadership related areas for the last 10 years. Today, he is a graduate faculty within the Department of Leadership Studies. Dr. Crawford has served as a consultant for several organizations in Kansas and in North and South Carolina dealing with organizational training and development issues. Chris and Dr. Curt Brungardt collaborated on a new theory and book called Risk Leadership. Along with Dr. Micol Maughan, they also wrote a new text/workbook entitled Understanding Leadership: Theories and Concepts. Recently, Chris wrote a book on the issue of teamwork, titled "Maximum Team Performance: Team building, Teamwork, and Team Leading."
