Pat's research interests include here dissertation topic: superintendent leadership impact on student achievement, as well as leadership in China, service learning, cross-cultural leadership, and the impact of poverty on learning.
Pat grew up in Europe, England, and Central America. She has also lived in Chicago, North Carolina, and Arizona. Currently she lives in China, where she teaches, but enjoys coming back to the States to see her family. Pat has one daughter, Lauren, who is in her last year of college at Phoenix, Arizona.
Pat enjoys running, reading, theatre, opera, traveling, eating out, learning, and spending time with her daughter and sister. Her community interests include ChildFund, homeless programs, (mental, education, health) task force on quality of life advocacy for families with domestic/ criminal/drug and alcohol abuse in Greensboro, NC. |
