Justin’s research interests include leadership and technology. Specifically, he is interested in the development of leadership capacity through distance learning and influence through social media. Justin graduated from FHSU in 2003 with a BS in Information Networking and Telecommunications and a BS in Organizational Leadership. He received his MLS in Organizational in 2005 and his PhD in Community Psychology with an emphasis in Community Leadership from Wichita State University in 2012.
During his free time, Justin enjoys being with friends and family, volunteering, playing tennis, and computer games. He spends lots of time with his wife Pam and their newborn son Alexander who was born in April of 2012. Justin has an identical twin brother and is originally from Greensburg, KS
