Mr. Greenleaf serves as an Instructor in the Department of Leadership Studies, and also works with the Department's International Partners at Tak Ming College providing education to International students. Justin serves as an advisor to all new online majors, and has been heavily involved with the design and creation of the Leadership Department's e-Leadership.net support initiative.
The e-Leadership.net initiative strives not only to be an online helpdesk for virtual students, but to build and foster community among these students. Justin has presented the e-Leadership.net model at both national and international conferences, and this model is currently in the process of being adapted to other departments across campus. Justin’s background in information technologies, web development experience, technical support, and participation in online classes has made him a perfect fit for the e-Leadership.net initiative.
Finally, Justin is a Fellow in the Center for Civic Leadership where he is active in both the collegiate and youth leadership programs. During his time as a graduate assistant for the department, he coordinated the LEADOFF and Leaderville events, and has facilitated workshops on Leadership and Communication for both middle school and high school students.
