Serve as executive officer of the district and be responsible for the effective organization, operation, and promotion of the programs of the Boy Scouts of America within the 12 county district based out of Hays, KS. Be responsible for the achievement of district objectives and for your personal critical achievements.

Provide guidance to the cultivating, recruiting, training, and inspiring of key volunteer personnel for the district. Coordinate the work of the district so that combined efforts of volunteers and staff will strengthen and extend the program offered by institutions and units. Assume such additional council-wide responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualification: 4-year degree from an accredited University and a general interest working with the public, sales, and organizational skills. Position is open to both male and female candidates.
