Jeff Miller, the newest Leadership Studies faculty member, has served as
the Interim Executive Director for the Community Leadership Association, an
associate of the Cascade Center for Community Governance, and a member of
the steering committee for the Medgar Evers Institute. He is a former
member of the educational facilitation team with the Robert K. Greenleaf
Center for Servant-Leadership, and is an adjunct professor at the
University of Indianapolis.
For three years Jeff served as Assistant Director of the North Dakota State
University Extension Service with responsibilities for the 4-H Youth
Development Program. In this role he served as the administrator
responsible for the vision, leadership, and management of the largest
volunteer and youth-development organization in North Dakota. During that
time he also served as convener for the National Network for Collaboration,
a consortium of 20 land-grant universities. Jeff is co-author of "Effective
Collaboration: Strategies for Pursuing Common Goals."
Miller is a charter member and Past President of the Association of
Leadership Educators. Other professional associations include: the
Innovation Network, the American Evaluation Association, Community
Leadership Association, Indiana Leadership Association, Greenleaf Center
for Servant Leadership, and American Society for Training & Development. |
