LDRS 490: Topics in Leadership Studies: Leadership Training
Jill's research interests include youth leadership development, service-learning and civic engagement, and leadership curriculum and education. She has published three articles on the effects of service-learning on the development of youth's leadership skills. She is the program advisor for the FHSU's on-line organizational leadership degree program (e-Leadership.net) and chairs the University Service-Learning Committee. In the spring of 2005, Jill received the Navigator Award, which is awarded to outstanding academic advisers. Jill is actively involved in the community as an executive board member of the American Red Cross, Ellis County Chapter and Youth Friends volunteer mentor. Jill is currently pursuing her Ph.D at Kansas State University.
Jill's interests include music, reading, cooking, and water skiing.
