About the Program

Students in the VALUE program are able to explore their personal interests and develop a plan of study for one year related to one of three tracks:

  • Corporate leadership
  • Civic/Non-profit leadership
  • Scholarship/Leadership Research

Mentoring and Coaching

With the one-on-one help of a mentor, specific to their chosen track, students will be able to plan and execute their chosen projects in the community.

Experiential Learning

Students' experiential learning will be tied to their chosen track through corporate internships, serviceship, and scholarship and leadership research opportunities.

Advanced Leadership Labs

VALUE students will be required to take two courses through the program. These courses are designed to provide students with hands-on opportunities that focus on operations and collaboration skills.

E-Portfolio

At the end of their VALUE program experience, students will submit an e-portfolio to present the scope of their work to Leadership Studies faculty and VALUE mentors.
