A to Z Maps - maps of all kinds: modern outline, political, thematic, topographic, scientific and animated maps, as well as tens of thousands of antique maps of the world, individual countries, U.S. states, and U.S. towns and cities, in an array of digital formats unavailable anywhere else.


Academic Search Premier - This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for more than 4,600 journals, including full text for nearly 3,900 peer-reviewed titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles.

Access World News Research Collection - NEW RESOURCE for 2014-15! This is a full-text news resource offering coverage of over 8,200 local, regional, national and international sources from over 200 countries. To narrow your search choose one of the Access World News Research Collection subject collections such as:

  • Access Business News - backfiles for over 400 publications. Use this for researching annual and quarterly financial results, comparing forecasts and strategy versus execution, trends and emerging market opportunities, and more.
  • Acceda Noticias - convenient access to complete electronic editions of more than 100 Spanish-language newspapers published in major U.S. cities. Agricola - The National Agricultural Library - This database contains bibliographic records from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Library. Coverage for <i>AGRICOLA</i> dates back to 1970 and includes more than 4.8 million citations. The citations are comprised of journal articles, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports related to agriculture.

Ambrose Digital Video This service offers a wide subject range of streaming video in the humanities and sciences. The collection includes nearly 600 titles, including the BBC's Complete Shakespeare Collection. All videos and clips are closed captioned, and many also include downloadable curricular resources.

Applied Science and Technology Abstracts - contains indexing and abstracts for nearly 800 core English-language, scientific and technical publications back to 1983. Content includes coverage of a wide variety of applied science specialties—acoustics to aeronautics, neural networks to nuclear and civil engineering, computers and informatics and much more.

Art Full Text - Now via EbscoHost databases - comprehensive resource for art information featuring full-text articles from more than 300 periodicals dating back to 1995; indexing and abstracting of over 600 periodicals dating as far back as 1984 of 280 peer-reviewed journals;  indexing and abstracting of over 13,000 art dissertations. Indexing of almost 200,000 art reproductions provides examples of styles and art movements, including works by emerging artists. The database covers fine, decorative and commercial art, folk art, photography, film, and architecture, and also includes a database-specific thesaurus.

CINAHL - collection of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 610 journals indexed. This authoritative file contains full text for many of the most used journals in the index, with no embargo. Full-text coverage dates back to 1981.
