Finding Open Educational Resources

The Forsyth Library maintains a research guide on searching for open educational resources (OERs) that contains lists of resources for finding open-access textbooks, books, and journals. The guide also provides a list of resources for finding free-to-use media, including images, videos, and sound clips; links to free online courses and course materials; and a short guide to Creative Commons licensing and using OERs in courses at FHSU.

If you need assistance finding and using OERs or you have questions about licensing or copyright, please contact Claire Nickerson, Learning Initiatives and OER Librarian for Forsyth Library, at cenickerson@fhsu.edu or (785) 628-4543.
