I click on but iTunes doesn't open.
Are you sure you have iTunes installed? Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/ to download and install the latest version of iTunes.
If you have iTunes installed, try opening iTunes first, then going to http://itunesu.fhsu.edu and clicking "Take me to courses."
I can't see my file when I try to upload it.
Are you sure it's an mp4 file? If you can't see the extension on the file name (that's the part after the ".", like video.mp4 or essay.doc), right click on the file and choose "properties."
If it is not an mp4, you'll have to convert it using software specific for your operating system - PC or Mac.
My file will not upload.
