Cite Where You Write

After you Install Zotero Plug-in to your Microsoft Word, you can cite while write in MS Word.

refreshes all citations and bibliographies

sets document preference

Click and the Citation Style window will pop up,

Select the citation style and then click OK button, a pop up window let you select an item to insert.

Select the item you would like to cite and press the OK button, the citation in inserted in the document like.

Click icon to generate a bibliography in the same style.

To change styles, click document preferences, choose the new style; all citations and bibliography entries will automatically update.

To edit the citations, go into Zotero (in a Firefox browser window), make the changes in the root entry, then back to Word and  hit refresh.
